VMI Connect – Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 15 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Vista Musical Instruments Pte. Ltd. (“VMI”) websites, mobile apps, online services, and the VMI Account (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Some Services have service-specific additional terms (e.g., product-specific terms). Those apply in addition to these Terms and will control if there is a conflict.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Some features may require a VMI Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property or other rights; (c) upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to VMI and protected by law. Subject to these Terms and any service-specific terms, VMI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, apps, or services. VMI is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

6. Purchases, Memberships & Fees

Where a Service offers paid features or memberships, applicable pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase or in service-specific terms. If purchased via platform providers (e.g., App Store or Google Play), your subscription management is handled in your platform account settings.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VMI disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

9. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
